Tech Conclave in Singapore, New Mixer and Website Updates

Tech Conclave has reached another milestone.

As mentioned in both Tech Conclave Express Edition Episode 4 and Tech Conclave Audio Podcast Episode 9, I’m already here in Singapore and this city and country will be the new base of Tech Conclave for a while.

Singapore is one of the major I.T. centers in Southeast Asia and the fourth financial center in the world. Being here apparently means I’m closer to technology than where I came from. Only been here for six weeks as of this writing, I have already visited one of Singapore’s two known I.T. malls: the Sim Lim Square in Bugis. The other one, located near the City Hall MRT station, is called the Funan Digitalife Mall.

Tech Conclave acquired its first ever audio mixer: a Behringer Xenyx 802. I’ve made an unboxing video of the said mixer. It works great and now we can record an audio podcast episode at any time.

The Tech Conclave website design was also updated. Thumbnails of Audio Podcast episodes are now shown on the sidebar and when you click the link of any of its episodes, the respective graphic banner appears on the page. It’s now livelier than usual.

Life is Singapore is busy but that’s not stopping me from doing things that I like to do.
