HIGH FIVE AT EPISODE 5 CONTESTOFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONNote: This contest has ended. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR WINNING.
1.
Eligibility. The Tech Conclave High Five At Episode Five Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to entrants who are 13 years of age or older time of entry, residing at any country in the world, and a registered member of Tech Conclave Community Forum (the “Forum”). The Tech Conclave news anchor, tech correspondents, the sponsor and affiliates are not eligible. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2.
Sponsors. Tech Conclave (the “Host”) is co-organizing the Contest with Top Hosting Center (the “Sponsor”). All questions regarding this Contest should be directed to techconclave (at) gmail (dot) com.
3.
Promotional Period. The Contest begins on May 15, 2009, at the time the Tech Conclave Episode 5 is uploaded and becomes publicly viewable on YouTube, and ends on May 30, 2009, the time Episode 6 is expected to be available.
4.
How To Enter. To enter the contest, the following objectives must be accomplished:
• Entrants must register at the Forum.
• Entrants must introduce about themselves at Introduce Yourself category in the forum.
• Entrants must follow Tech Conclave’s official Twitter account at
http://www.twitter.com/techconclaveFulfillment to all the requirements (“Submission”) enumerated above is equivalent to one (1) valid entry. Limit: Only one (1) entry is required and recognized per person to enter the Contest.

Sweepstakes. Five winners will be picked randomly using the online number generator service at
http://www.random.org on May 25, 2009 and will be immediately announced publicly and will be featured on the release of Episode 6 which is scheduled on May 30, 2009.
6.
Verification of Potential Winners. To win a prize, the potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The potential winners will be notified by email within approximately three (3) days following selection of each winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, the potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize.
7.
Prizes. Five (5) winners will receive the following prizes from Sponsor:

Speedy web hosting valid for 12 months
• Registration of top-level domain (TLD) ending .com, .net or .info valid for 12 months

Limitations of Prizes. The prizes from Sponsor are non-transferable to other web hosting companies. Winners are obliged to place a link in a form of leaderboard banner in the header or a text link on the footer of their sites that run on their basic hosting prizes. It must clearly show that the websites are powered or hosted by Top Hosting Center with a hyperlink pointing at
www.tophostingcenter.com within the period of its validity. Failure to comply may result to web hosting and domain registration account being suspended or terminated by the Sponsor. The Host is not responsible for the quality of services within its validity and support must be directed to the Sponsor’s website. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
9.
Release. By receipt of any Sweepstakes prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Host, the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and prize delivery.
10.
Publicity. The winners agree to allow the Host and Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
11.
Conditions of Participation. The Host is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Both the Host and Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Host’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Host in its sole discretion. In such event, Host and Sponsor reserve the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Host reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with Host’s or Sponsor’s web site, the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, traffic congestion or disconnections in phone or Internet lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.
13.
Privacy and Use of Promotion Information. Any information provided in the Contest will only be used by the Host and Sponsor. The Host informs participants that the personal information given in the Contest is automatically processed and is filed electronically. The Host reserves the right to use the information.
14.
Winners List. The winners will be listed online at
http://www.techconclave.com and will be featured in Tech Conclave Episode 6. Individuals may request the names of the winners by sending an email to techconclave (at) gmail (dot) com with the Subject title “Winners Inquiry.”
