TECH CONCLAVE FORUM RULES
This forum is meant to establish a friendly tech community surrounding the Tech Conclave shown and to offer technical help and support to our viewers and supporters. In order for us to meet this simple goal, we have to follow and respect certain rules.
01.- No spamming links to communities that are not unique, or do not have appropriate content.
02.- Don't post any warez or request any.
03.- Posts must be made in the right section.
04.- No posting of viruses unless in the right section AND labeled.
06.- No overly large forum signatures or forum avatars.
07.- Be respectful to all users! No flaming of new users, if they are here to learn, let them learn!
08.- No Hacking requests.
09.- No spam of any kind.
10.- You must use the correct button when posting.
11.- Don't abuse the warning system.
12.- Use the search function before you post a thread. Also use Google before you post a thread as well.
13.- No trolling. You must be active. Please help the community.
14.- Multiple accounts are not allowed. If we find multiple accounts (and we will), the owner of these accounts will be deleted and banned.
15.- When posting in the Introduction Section please post information about yourself and how you found the site.
16.- No Linux/Mac haters, take your extremism to somewhere else. The same goes for Windows haters. You can boast about your favorite OS, but don't take it too far like "F*** Windows, Linux or Mac Rules!"
17.- When the forum has merged two categories in it, you should specify what is in thread's name (i.e.: "[PHP] RootShell" or "[RUBY] Exploit"). The same goes for the kind of thread (i.e.: [REQUEST], [QUESTION], [IDEA] and a sort of categories as well. Use your imagination!).
18.- Do not argue with Administrators (Unless they committed a mistake or you have a suggestion to do).
19.- Use your brain (and common sense)! And don't be stupid!.
20.- Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should Tech Conclave staff be liable for your actions, posts or any other material which you submit!
21. This forum is intended for all users of any computer experience, so asking very basic questions to advanced questions will lead to the topic discussed more. If any flaming (put downs towards newbies) is discovered against the newbies from a advanced member or other members, you will be suspended.
22. We are focused on computer related topics, so avoid posting questions that has nothing to do with it, such as problems with your family, pets, etc (unless there is a certain board under General Discussions category for that) ...and again use the search feature before asking a question that could have been asked and answered previously.
23. If a post that is somehow against the forum rules is found on a topic eg. an useless thank you post bumping up an old thread, do not post irrelevant stuff like "dear mods, lock the thread...warn the $$%$%$%#, etc". You must use the Report button, and there you will have your chance to put your thoughts, but do it in a clear and objective manner.
We encourage that you visit this page regularly. We may change these rules at any time without prior notice.
Failure to comply these rules will lead you to a flame and BAN.
